On January 27, 1990, The Southern Rockers left the Pacific Northwest for a "World Tour". They actually went to the USWA in Memphis, Tennessee. They returned in March for one night only. Steve & Rex won the tag team titles twice in the USWA. Steve Doll returned without Rex King on June 9, 1990. This video is from their time in Memphis.
